SIZING : Determine operating temperature & pressure (maximum & minimum) & flow rate at the location where filter is to be installed. Select filter with rated flow capacity on basis of maximum flow at minimum operating pressure. Rated flow from Table I should be multiplied by conversion factor from Table II corresponding to minimum pressure to match desired flow rate. Also select housing connection size that matches with pipe size. If filter Connection size is smaller than piping, flow will be restricted causing Increased pressure drop. |

FILTERATION GRADE SELECTION : |
| |
Determine end use application of air to be filtered i.e. tools, instrumentation, Process air. Choose grades which will meet the specifications for your application. Please contact your local dealer or factory with complete information regarding Flow rate, operating pressure, temperature & end use of air. |

OIL REMOVAL GRADES : |
| |
For maximum removal efficiency install filters at coolest point in system. Filters will operate at higher temperature but at reduced efficiency. |
| |
ELEMENT REPLACEMENT : |
| |
Change elements before differential pressure reaches 0.7bar g (10psig). Grade SF can be cleaned & reused. Other grade require replacement according to operating conditions. Grade CF must not operate in oil saturated conditions & should always be proceeded by SF/HF grade element filter. |

Differential
pressure gauge & Manual Drain Valve. For higher flow rates,
higher pressure or special filteration grades with complete
data such as flow rate, Op. Pr. & temp. micron rating,
desired line size etc. Please contact Head Office. |
